Strides for SUDC Awareness Challenge 2026

Join us for this year’s Strides for SUDC Awareness Challenge and help us reach an inspiring goal: 5,000 miles together in support of SUDC Awareness Month!

Walk, run, bike, or swim any distance you choose, anytime throughout the month, from wherever you are. Every mile helps raise awareness for SUDC and honors the families impacted.

How to Participate
Click the “Sign Up” button above to get started and begin logging your miles. When you register, a personal fundraising page will automatically be created for you. While fundraising is encouraged to further support the mission of the SUDC Foundation, it is not required to participate in the challenge.

Earn Recognition for Your Impact
Log 100 miles or more during the month and receive special recognition within the SUDC community
Raise $300 or more and receive a special token of appreciation for your support
