A test of both endurance and gastro‑intestinal fortitude, the Stuff Your Face Race presented by The Howard & Donna Abell Charitable Foundation is like no other event in Central Florida. This signature event from IMPOWER has been reimagined for 2026, offering a fun and flexible race experience for all types of participants.

Choose Your Experience: 

🏃‍♀️ 5K Race - A professionally timed 5K for a classic 3.1‑mile race experience, perfect for runners and walkers of all levels.

🍔 Stuff Your Face Mile - A unique 1‑mile experience where participants stop at four food tasting stations along the course.

🔥 Combo (5K + Stuff Your Face Mile) - Complete both the 5K and the Stuff Your Face Mile for the full race experience.

 👟 Kids Dash - A free, fun run designed just for younger participants ages 12 years & younger.

🌎 Virtual 5K - Complete your 5K from anywhere on race day at your own pace.

🍽️ Our mission is serious. Our event is not. So grab your friends, get creative, and come ready to run, laugh, and—of course—stuff your face!

• All entry fees are non-refundable.

• This is a rain or shine event.

• No refunds will be given for inclement weather.

• Combo participants must complete the 5K by 8:30 a.m. in order to start the 1-Mile Stuff Your Face Race.

The Stuff Your Face Race features two courses designed to offer both a traditional race and a fun, interactive experience.

The 5K course is a professionally timed route through Blue Jacket Park, consisting of one full loop of the park followed by a second partial loop before returning to the start/finish line.

The Stuff Your Face Mile is a separately timed, one-mile course located within the park. The mile is divided into four segments, with a food stop at each along the route before finishing at the Refuel Zone.

Note: 

• Combo participants must complete the 5K by 8:30 a.m. in order to start the 1-Mile Stuff Your Face Race.
• Course subject to change based on event conditions.

When and where does the race take place?

The event takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Blue Jacket Park in Orlando. The 5K begins at 7:30 AM, followed by the Stuff Your Face Mile at 8:30 AM.

What race options are available?

Participants may choose to register for the 5K, the Stuff Your Face Mile, both events, the Kids Dash, or a virtual 5K option.

What are the course distances?

The 5K is 3.1 miles. The Stuff Your Face Mile is 1 mile. The Kids Dash is a short-distance race for youth participants.  

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

We do our best to offer a variety of food options; however, we cannot guarantee that items will be allergen-free and cross-contamination is possible. Please consider this when registering. 

Where should I park?

Free parking is available at Blue Jacket Park and nearby Glenridge Middle School (2900 Upper Park Road). Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your race start. 

What if I need help during the race?

Qualified medical personnel will be available along the course and at the start/finish area to assist participants as needed. 

Can I participate with my dog or a stroller?

For the safety of all participants, pets and strollers are not permitted on the course. 

Will the race be held if it rains?

The race is a rain or shine event. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Umbrellas are not permitted as they may create safety hazards. 

When and where do I pick up my race materials?

Packet pick-up information will be shared closer to race day. 

Who receives a t-shirt?

5K and Virtual participants receive a t-shirt as part of registration. Stuff Your Face Mile participants may purchase a t-shirt for an additional $10. T-shirt size is not guaranteed for registrations after September 15, 2026. 

Can I get a refund if I can’t participate?

All registration fees are non-refundable. Proceeds support IMPOWER and its programs. 

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes. Registration transfers will be available online until 24 hours before the race. You can email events@impowerfl.org to get assistance. 

Can I change my race option after registering?

Yes. Participants may transfer to another race option prior to the event. Additional charges may apply when transferring to a higher-priced option. 

How does the virtual option work?

Virtual participants complete a 5K (3.1 miles) on race day from a location of their choice and submit their results. Instructions will be emailed closer to the event.

While the Stuff Your Face Race is hands-down our most fun event of the year, our mission is serious. We’re raising funds to help continue and expand IMPOWER’s mental and behavioral health services across Florida, because everyone deserves the opportunity to inspire life’s potential.

Skip the parking stress! Free parking is available at Blue Jacket Park and nearby Glenridge Middle School (2900 Upper Park Road).

Arrive at least 30 minutes early to get settled, warm up, and get ready for a fun “run, eat, repeat” race day!
