Summer Send-Off 8K

Close out summer with one last great race before the fall racing season begins! The Summer Send-Off 8K is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, set a late-summer PR, or simply enjoy an evening run with friends before shifting gears into autumn training.

Join us on Thursday, August 20th at 6:00 P.M. as we start and finish at the Wings Meeting Place. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or a first-time 8K participant, you'll enjoy a fun, welcoming atmosphere and a beautiful summer evening on the course.

Best of all, your participation helps make a difference. A portion of the race proceeds will benefit Wings Flight of Hope, supporting its mission and the important work it does in our community.

Stick around after the race for our Summer Send-Off Celebration featuring live music from Coming In Hot. They'll be rocking the stage with high-energy hits from the '90s and beyond, playing favorites from Weezer, Nirvana, Green Day, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, and more. Grab a bite, hang out with fellow runners, and celebrate one last summer night together.

What Will Participants Receive?

Themed T-Shirt to the first 250 signups or by August 10th.
Which-ever comes first.

Sizes available are Adult XS-2XL.

Top Male / Female Masters
Top 3 Male / Female in age-groups 10 and under, 11-14, then 5 year groups starting at 15 through 80+.

Post Race Awards will be at the Wings Meeting Place.
