Team River Runner Presents the 22nd Annual D.C Biathlon 

• The 22nd Annual Race will be a Hybrid Race and you will have 2 options to participate this year. 

The TRR D.C. Biathlon

• Kayak- 1 mile then;
• Run/Jog/Walk/handcycle 3 Miles
• Location:  The Washington Canoe Club: located just upstream from Key Bridge in Georgetown.
• Address: 3700 K St. NW, Washington, DC 20007. 
• Solo and Team options

The TRR Virtual Challenge

• Sign up and become a fundraiser to help support our veterans
• Get 90 minutes of continuous activity, then post your Finish line picture on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TRRUSA/

There are Plenty of ways to participate virtually: Choose one and Race your Race!

THERE ARE 3 RULES

1. BE SAFE!
2. Reach 10,000 steps or Get 90 minutes of continuous activity in one day!
3. HAVE FUN!

PRO TIPS

• Make sure the activity is within your capabilities and skill set
• Use your phone to help track with apps like Strava, Apple Fitness, or Google Fit 
• Use fitness/activity trackers and Smartwatches trackers like Fitbit, Garmin, or a smartwatch to keep track of your steps.
• Get your TRR Chapter involved and do it together
• Invite other Veterans and Volunteers to join and make it a team event
