Celebrate five decades of running with Fleet Feet at The Big Run presented by Brooks. This community 5K on Global Running Day is all about summer vibes, shared memories and the kind of runner’s high that keeps you coming back. Register today for The Big Run and let the good miles roll!
We will be partnering with All Strides Latines, of the Seattle Running Collective. All Strides Latines is a Latine led run and wellness club for women+, femmes, and nonbinary runners. ASL gets together to celebrate culture, advocate for important social justice issues and provide a space for joyful movement.
And after the run enjoy a cold plunge that will be guided by “Sirenas Cold Plunge”.
If you get too cold after jumping in Puget Sound there will be saunas on site by "Bywater Sauna" for you to quickly warm up.
Are you hoping to walk or run your first 5k but need a little extra support and accountability? Join us for a 8-week training program with a professional coach and team training sessions. This program will begin April 5th, additional information and registration can be found here.
