Run with the Pros
SUNDAY, August 10th, 2025

The Course
Clocks will be at each quarter mile along the race course. The race course is point-to-point running east across the Hope Memorial Bridge. The first quarter mile is relatively flat before a challenging uphill to roughly the halfway mark. A long downhill takes runners almost all the way to the finish, but the road levels off with roughly 100 meters to go. Footing on the bridge is excellent thanks to recent repaving, but some areas near the start line (just before the start of the bridge) are uneven. The total net drop of the course is just over 3 meters / kilometer.
🎽 High School Team Scoring and Entry 🎽
The Guardian Mile is proud of the tradition of the inclusion of some of the top Ohio high school teams and runners. Once again, team scoring will be available when your team is entered. Top 3 runners will scored by combined time. Use the pulldown menu to find or add your team.
There is also a group rate for teams who would prefer to enter on a spreadsheet for a combined discounted fee.
