About The Little Tree Project 2,500-Mile Challenge, by F3 Mobile
Hey everyone! Please join F3 MOBILE for our 2nd Annual week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log a whopping 2,500 miles together as a group. It's all for a great cause—raising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in our community.
Throughout the week of October 5-11, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal!
Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for The Little Tree Project, a nonprofit in Mobile, AL that supports survivors of human trafficking from our community. The money raised will directly help in their recovery and restoration. Let's make a difference together!
ABOUT Little Tree Project - https://www.thelittletreeproject.com/behind-the-name
Little Tree Project is an Alabama-based, 501c3 nonprofit organization committed to providing care and rehabilitation to the victims of sexual exploitation and trafficking.
Founded in 2017, The Little Tree Project, LLC started as a humble small business where three young women, Kristi, Andrea, and Allana, decided to come together to fight the horror that is human trafficking.
Without much experience and means to do so, the women started raising funds and awareness for the fight by utilizing their gifts in art and pastry arts and selling their products through an e-commerce website, local farmers markets, and “pop-up shops.”
This opened the door for them and planted seeds of awareness in their community of South Alabama. They began getting requests to speak and spread awareness in schools and house parties.
ABOUT F3 NATION - https://f3nation.com/
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.
Our workouts …
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does.

Common Troubleshooting Questions
Q: I need to enter my second run but I keep entering it and my first run disappears, how do I fix it?
A: In this example, you are overwriting the first run. Instead, keep the data the same for the first run, and click ADD ANOTHER ACTIVITY in order to add your second run/walk. You will continue to do this every time you add a run/walk.
Q: I did not get my link, how do I log my miles?
A: The day after you register, you should have received an email from us with these same instructions. Please check your spam. Keep in mind you MUST BE LOGGED INTO THE https://RUNSIGNUP.COM/LOGIN ACCOUNT THAT YOU USED TO REGISTER FOR THE RACE BEFORE YOU DO ANY OF THE STEPS ABOVE.
Q: When I search my name it does not come up to enter virtual results or it says I don't have permission?
A: You must be logged into the same https://runsignup.com/login account that you registered with.
Q: I don't see the date when I try to log my results, why not?
A: Once you get into the results page, you have to click Add Another Activity. You have to do this every time you log an activity. The distance on the right is the total distance. It will automatically add that up for you and you don't have to enter anything.
Q: I ran again today, how do I enter a second entry of results?
A: In the results page, choose Add Another Activity. DO NOT JUST OVERWRITE THE PREVIOUS ACTIVITY OR IT WILL DISAPPEAR. Each time you do a new run/walk/ride, you need to click Add Another Activity. At the end of the challenge, if you ran once per day and have 7 runs, you will see all 7 activities in the submit results page. Don't overwrite them.
Q: I made a mistake on entering my results, how do I change it.
A: In this example, you can go in and overwrite the mistake. Don't just enter it again correctly, you have to overwrite the incorrect data.
Q: I entered my results but I don't see them in the listing.
A: The results take a few minutes to update. The default is the SD-OR challenge. If you still don't see your results, see the below post on being anonymous.
Q: My wife/friend/mother/daughter registered me, how do I move that to my account?
A: Here is a link to and article on How to move a sub-account to another user. Follow the section titled: Transfer Sub-Account To Another Existing Account https://help.runsignup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000062878-access-manage-a-sub-account
Q: I am listed as anonymous in the results, why?
A: When you create an account, you have an option to be listed as anonymous in results. If you do not want this, go into your https://runsignup.com profile and click to edit profile. You will see a checkbox at the bottom that you want to UNCHECK to be listed again.
