About the Course
Course Notes:
Our event will take place on Central Park’s cross-country trail. It is scenic and beautiful, but also wooded and occasionally bumpy. Please keep an eye out for rocks/stones and roots. If you have trail shoes, we recommend wearing them – but it’s not necessary!
Our 5K race will share the course with our 1-Mile walk. Please follow the direction of event volunteers as needed.
