About The Zero to Hero Run - sponsored by the Second Wind Foundation
Come join us for a beautiful run at the Flint Hills Trail, Mile Zero Trailhead in Osawatomie, Kansas. The Flint Hills Trail is the longest of Kansas's 3,000 plus miles of public trails. It's a beautiful escape from the big city. The weather is typically cool and calm although you never know in Kansas!
Finishers will receive trail-themed medals and compete for overall awards! Another plus is you get an extra hour of sleep the night before. While this race is on a trail, it is not a technical trail. This is the flattest, fastest trail you'll ever run! The surface is firm and smooth with crushed gravel. Finishers will also receive a giveaway, which is TBD.
Pick your distance: 5k, 10k, and 10 miles. The cost is $30/$35/$40 for each distance.
