Tom Walker PREVIEW 5k and 10k

Get a leg up on the field by previewing part of the Tom Walker Half Marathon course.   This race is FREE for Florida Track Club Members and $20 for non-members.  The race will start at Boulware Springs Park: 3300 SE 15th St, Gainesville, FL 3264. 

Both the 5k and 10k routes will be along the beautiful Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail and will be along a portion of the Tom Walker Half Marathon course. 8:00 AM start for both events. The 5k and 10k will start together and follow the same route for the first 1.55 miles. If you would like to switch from the 5k to the 10k or vice-versa, please tell us as soon as possible. Because this race will be professionally timed, we want to make sure they're aren't any mixups on race morning.  

(November'sTom Walker Half Marathon & 5k will start from First Magnitude Brewing and head out on the Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail.)

Individual yearly membership is only $40, family membership $65, and student membership $25.  Senior membership (65+) is $25 for individual and $40 for a family. Bib Pick up

Registration will be available online until 30 minutes prior to the race start. 
Bib Pick-Up will be available race morning at the event. 

Parking

Parking fills up fast at the trailhead so come early to get a good spot! Carpooling is highly recommended. Over flow parking will be at Prairie View Elementary which is 1/4 mile from the entrance of Boulware Springs.  We would recommend that you do not park on the either side of SE 15th Street (you can be towed).   We will have volunteers directing parking up until 8:00 am.
