A Houston Mother's Day tradition! Join us as we celebrate our moms, sisters or favorite girlfriends with a LADIES ONLY Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlon and Relay as well as a Duathlon for those just not ready for the water.
Come get pampered and enjoy the races with the best swag in Texas! Tri Girl is known for having the most supportive and encouraging crew and athletes to make your day extra special whether this is your first multisport event or 100th.
Course Maps
The course is almost fully contained within Deussen Park and Eisenhower Park, adjacent to Lake Houston. The swim is a triangular course; kayaks will be patrolling the area between segments. The bike course begins in Deussen Park and extends into Eisenhower Park.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO RECENT STORMS AND RESULTING ROAD DAMAGE, THE COUNTY WILL NOT ALLOW US ENTRY INTO EISENHOWER PARK BEYOND AQUEDUCT ROAD. THE BIKE COURSE HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO ACCOUNT FOR THIS. THE MAPS LINKED BELOW REFLECT THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE COURSE FOR BOTH SPRINT AND SUPER SPRINT DISTANCES.
PLEASE REVIEW THE COURSE MAPS THOROUGHLY BEFORE THE EVENT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS AN ATHLETE TO KNOW WHICH EVENT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN, AND HOW MANY LOOPS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO. PLEASE OBSERVE ALL ROAD SIGNS AND FOLLOW ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTIONS.
