Tri-Now Ironman Training Program is designed to guide you every step of the way.
Led by experienced Ironman and Kona athlete Coach Maddie and Tri-Now Head Coach Frank, this comprehensive program includes structured workouts, expert guidance in all three disciplines, and built-in recovery and nutrition strategies to support your endurance journey.
We focus on building confidence, strength, and mental resilience through a periodized plan that progresses with your fitness. From long bricks to race day simulations — we’re with you from start to finish line.
WHAT YOU’LL GET THE PROGRAM:
- Weekly Group Workouts – with a dedicated program coach
- Group Swim Workout on Sundays at 6pm
- Group Run Workout on Tuesdays at 6:30pm
- Group Bike Workout on Saturday mornings
- 30-week Training Plan delivered via Training Peaks
- Skills Clinics and/or baseline and predictive evaluations*
- Dedicated attention in swim, bike and run
- Dedicated mentor offering weekly check-ins and support
- Bi-Monthly, live online meetings with Coach Maddie via Zoom
- Tri-Now workout shirt
- Plus fun and camaraderie
Plus, your training will provide:

❗️Previous experience required: This program is designed for athletes who have completed a 70.3 (Half Ironman) and are ready to train for the full distance.
