Friday - Shake out day
– Camp begins at 11am at the Host Hotel

Hotel Breakfast
Run – 4 hour run session on flat singletrack trails. Some run, some run/walk, some walk. This is about redefining your limit, there will be aid stations every 2.5 miles.
Lunch
Swim – Endurance set

Bike – 8 hours Out & Back on Natchez Trace. There will be a coffee at the first aid station and sandwiches in the afternoon.
Swim - Some speed work or maybe just not cramp.
