About UNC SNDA Oral Cancer 5k
This race is an annual 5K/Fun Walk organized by the UNC Student National Dental Association to raise awareness about oral cancer and honor Dr. Scott Eidson from the Adams School of Dentistry. All proceeds from the race will benefit oral cancer research being done at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. Additionally, a health fair will also be hosted with educational information on self-screening for oral cancer and oral hygiene instructions for the participants.

Thursday, March 5th (4–6 PM) at Fleet Feet (310 E Main St #120, Carrboro, NC 27510)
Friday, March 6th (12:15–1:30 PM) during lunch in the atrium of the dental school (ASOD members)
Race Morning starting at 6:45 AM
**T-Shirt Included for Runner's who Registered before February 24th
**If you won't be wearing the race T-shirt please try to wear all black

How do you enter?
-Register for our 5K!!! If you are already registered or register between now and March 3rd, you are automatically entered into our raffle (2 tickets).
-If you want to increase your chances of winning a prize AND you are already registered to run/walk, additional entries are priced at $3 for one ticket and $5 for two tickets.
-If you are unable to make it to our race but still want to enter the raffle, don't worry! Tickets are priced at $6 for one ticket and $10 for two tickets for all non-runners.
