Join us at the Lakewood Nature Preserve to recognize our award winners and to give appreciation to all of our club members and volunteers at this years annual Upstate Race Series Age Group Award Night!

• Upstate Race series will also provide a small amount of food/drinks to fill the gaps.

• Electrical outlets are limited, so if you have a crock pot item please bring it already hot.

Why:        Celebrate our 2025 Award Winners and to host an evening appreciating our members and race series volunteers!

Who:

• Any Upstate Running Club Member and guests

• Age Group Award Winner

• Volunteer of the Upstate Race Series Events

• Participant of any Upstate Race Series Event

Schedule:

4:00 PM - You may show up early if you like, but no earlier than this

5:00 PM – Packet pickup 

• First 100 Registered Receive a Custom Award Night Koozie, Bib Number, Commemorative Sticker

5:30 PM – Group run (optional)

6:00 PM – Potluck dinner

7:00 PM – Awards

7:45 PM – Volunteer recognition

8:00 PM – Raffle
