Vac & Dash 250-Mile Summer Challenge

Due to popular demand, we have increased the free socks to the first 100 participants.  As of 5/31 we are at 94 participants.

Fresh Air - Sunshine - Exercise 

Run - Walk - Hike - Bike - Swim  

(Note 3-miles of Biking counts as 1-mile, 1-mile of swimming counts as 3-miles.  Running, walking and hiking count as 1-mile per mile.)

To celebrate the 250th Anniversary of our Great Nation, join us for the Vac & Dash 250-Mile Summer Challenge.  The summer months are a great time to get out and move.

This three-month challenge is designed to encourage you to move during the summer months.  

This challenge is open to anyone in the United States, US Territory and Military Bases.

The first fifty people that register will receive a Vac & Dash 250-Mile Challenge Koozie!

The 250-Mile Challenge starts on Memorial Day and ends on Labor Day.  105-Days to cover 250-Miles. 

Prizes - We will give out monthly prizes. To be eligible, you must log your miles at the end of each month.

Complete the Challenge and you will receive a cool Finishers Coaster that also will make a wonderful wall decoration if you choose. 

You will have an option to pick up your Challenge Package locally or we can ship it to you for $5.00.
