About Your Race

TIMING CHIPS/BIBS/RESULTS:

Our race will use an electronic timing chip system. Your timing chip will be attached to the back of your bib. DO NOT FOLD OVER OR REMOVE THE CHIP. The timing chips help us ensure the accuracy of timing the event and make results available much faster than other timing procedures. Race results will be available following the race through SVE Timing.

GEAR CHECK:

You can drop off your gear in a bag at the bag check tent. Please provide the bag tag from your bib to the bag check attended so that they can identify based on your bib number. Please leave valuables in your car’s trunk, hidden out of sight. Event organizers will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

WEATHER/CLOTHING:

Be sure to check the weather the day before the event! Dress appropriately based on the weather conditions.

START LINE:

We ask that you “self-seed” at the start line, meaning that faster people start in the front and slower runners/walkers start at the back of the pack. We will have a controlled release of runners on the trail to keep the trail from crowding.

HALF MARATHON PACERS:

Pacers will be available for these target finish times 1:40, 1:55, 2:00, 2:10, 2:20, 2:30, 2:45

PHOTOS:

Volunteers will be on the course and at the Finish Line to take your photo! Don't forget to smile and even strike a pose! Photos will be available a few days after the race. You can also share your pictures that you have taken during the event at this link - Vibha Dream Mile 2025 Photos

PET ANIMALS:

We like all animals, however, due to safety regulations, there are no pets allowed at that event.

STROLLERS:

If you plan on running with a stroller, we request you to start after all the other runners. This is to avoid any trips or falls.

RESTROOMS:

There will be temporary restrooms at the Start/Finish area. For restrooms along the course please check the course map for your race event.

MEDICAL AID:

ENVEMT will be on site to provide medical aid at the Start/Finish area. Each Aid Station on the course is supplied with a First Aid Kit and will have communication with the Solutions Tent/Race Staff.

POST RACE FOOD:

We will have water and bananas at a booth for the runners. Free food is available for all participants. Please provide the food token from your bib to collect the free food at the food tent. You can also purchase additional food for you and your friends & family at the live dosa station.

AID/WATER STATIONS:

Aid Stations will be provided on the course. Please view the course map for the location of Aid Stations for each distance, which will be serving Water and Sports drinks; Gels will be available on the course to the Half Marathon participants.

COURSE MARKING/VOLUNTEERS:

The course will be marked with Yard Signs on the side of the trail and there will be signs at every mile, along with the race distance. We will also have volunteers on the course at major points to guide you in the correct direction.
