The first 3/10ths of a mile and the last 3/10ths of a mile are on pavement.
The remainder of the race is on the Lake Shore Trail - single track and hilly.

All participants must complete their race within the time parameters listed below.
Race management reserves the right to disqualify anyone who doesn't abide by these rules.
