EVENT DATE: Saturday, March 21st 2026
Walk, Wiggle, Wag & RUN is the Cape Coral Animal Shelter’s premier family and pet friendly event! Together, we will raise vital funds to help the homeless, and neglected animals in our care and find them future loving and forever homes.
The day will be filled with a Mutt Strutt around the Shelter property and a 5k Route around the neighborhood. Fabulous Event shirt and swag bag for registered participants!
The Walk, Wiggle, Wag & RUN Event is both a Mutt Stutt and a 5K timed run. Create your pack and gather your sponsors to raise donations for CCAS!
5K Run event Award Placement Medals by age group and M/F category Human Runners. Specialty prize baskets for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place for 5K Dog Runner Teams!

How To-- Register Using The Family Plan - Plan covers 4 entries-2 adults and two children 12 & under:
Families can be a combination of members either from the Walk,Wiggle,Wag or 5K :
Instructions:

Family member #1 (Family Captain) selects the Family Package as the event to register for.
Captain at the team screen selects "Create Team" then creates a team name such as "The Smiths" and the Team Type" from the available choices.
Captain at the checkout screen then pays the $75 Family Entry Fee (plus processing fee)..
To register Family Members 2,3 and 4:
Captain then registers Family Member #2 as done like above BUT at the Team Page selects "Join Existing Team" and selects the team name he/she just created - Captain then continues registering member #2 - checks out - Registration Fee Should be $0. Captain then continues to register members 3 and 4.
