About Warren Rives Heart to Heart 5K
The relaunched annual Warren Rives Heart to Heart 5K is a community event supporting Heart Strides. Heart Strides is a medically directed cardiac-pulmonary rehabilitation program providing heart health instruction, supervised fitness and nutritional support for those in the community who have experienced a cardiac or pulmonary event.
The Kids' Dash offers the unique experience of a run around the bases at Rockers Stadium!

Parking is available at 214 Lindsay St and surrounding parking areas
Race Day Schedule
8:00 a.m. – Registration
8:45 am - Mascot Race - see local team mascots race around the bases
9:00 a.m. – Kids Dash (Medals awarded at the finish line)
9:30 am – 5K Start

Turn By Turn Directions:
- Begin inside High Point Rockers Stadium
- LEFT on Gatewood Ave.
- LEFT on Lindsey St.
- RIGHT on Ferndale Blvd.
- Veer RIGHT at Ferndale Blvd & Locke St. and continue on Ferndale Blvd.
- Continue on Rockford Rd.
- Turn around at cone/ sign (mile 1.5)
- Veer RIGHT at Ferndale Blvd & Locke St. and continue on Ferndale Blvd.
- LEFT on Lindsey St.
- RIGHT on Gatewood Ave.
- RIGHT into High Point Rocker Stadium

Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female overall winners
Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female in each age group: Under-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
