About WashU PT Run for Research 5K Run/Walk
The Run for Research is a fundraiser for the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research, which is the only non-profit organization solely dedicated to funding and developing physical therapy research, organized by students in the WashU School of Medicine Physical Therapy program. Expected participants include members of the STL community, WUSM students and faculty, the WashU PT department (professors, staff, students, patients), PTs in the community, and their patients.

Awards
We will have awards for the Top 3 overall male and female finishers, top non-binary finisher, as well as the following age groups:
19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, and 40+.
Race Course
Out and back course, starting and finishing at the Sons of Rest Pavilion located in the southeast corner of the park.
