About WaunaFest Run
Get ready to gear up for the much-anticipated Annual WaunaFest Run! Lace up your running shoes and join us on Saturday, July 25th, 2026, for the "Ted Tweed 10-Mile" Run, along with a 5K Run, a 2-Mile Walk, and Culver's Kiddie Run!
After the race, don't miss the chance to celebrate with fellow runners at the post-run festivities!
Be sure to register early to secure your race T-shirt! Please note that registration after July 17th, 2026, may not guarantee a shirt.
Packet pickup will take place on Friday, July 24, 2026, at the Waunakee Village Center from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Additionally, same-day registration and packet pickup will be available at the Village Center from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
Please note that this year's routes will differ slightly from previous years because of anticipated road construction. We are collaborating with the Village of Waunakee to identify the most suitable route for our event. We will share the details as soon as they are finalized.

https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6580975027/ Three separate courses are offered. Water stations will be available throughout the course. Courses wind through Waunakee's surrounding neighborhoods with water stations and plenty of spectators out on the course!
The WaunaFest Run 10 Mile and 5K are timed events. The 2-mile an Kiddie Run are not timed. The BibTag Timing system is used to ensure accurate timing. Your timing tag is on the back of your bib and does not need to be returned after the race. Your bib must be properly worn for the timing mats to read your bib tag and record accurate results. Your time will be be posted online the day of the event.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued. The event will occur regardless of weather. Registrations can be reassigned to a runner with advance notice.
