About RENAISSANCE CANCER AWARENESS WALK-A-THON

This is a virtual event that can take place anywhere in America even in the comfort of your own home.  A virtual walk is a real walk, but is on your terms:  You get to choose your own course, what time you start, and who walks next to you!  Each race participant makes a commitment to walk or run and pledge to donate $3 a mile.  Registrants opt to walk or run a 3K (1.82 miles), 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles).  The minimum donation starts at $5 rounding 1.82 miles in a 3K to 2 miles.

The kick off is October 3rd at 8:00-10:00AM at Renaissance Church of Christ.  You have the entire month of October to fulfill your commitment.

All proceeds will support people suffering from cancer and chronic illnesses. Every mile represents compassion, strength, remembrance, and hope. Come together with family, friends, and members of the community as we raise awareness and show our support for those affected by cancer and chronic illness.
Donation: $5 for every mile walked

Let's get out there, walk together, and make a difference!
