West Georgia Track Club Trail Race 7.5K & 15K

West Georgia Track Club is proud to bring back the fall 7.5K / 15K trail race! We're taking it back to the basics with a low fee, no fuss, no stress approach. Enjoy a laid back race on the beautiful scenic trails of Little Tallapoosa Park in Carrollton, Georgia. Choose between two distances: 7.5K (4.65 miles) or 15K (9.3 miles) or . It doesn't have to be complicated--just you and the trails. Return to your roots and remember why you run. Here's your chance to tap back into that.

The race is a loop course. You will complete one loop for approximately 7.5K, and you will complete two loops for approximately 15K. This race will utilize timing cards for reporting finishing times.

This course is perfect for first-time and experienced trail runners. The relatively low elevation gain and well-groomed trails will allow you to cruise through this loop, with the occasional slow down. Don't forget to look down though! Plenty of roots, rocks, critter holes, and muddy sections will keep your brain engaged through the wooded pathways and meadow. Check out the video below to preview sections of the course.
