💙 Why We Walk/Run
All proceeds benefit Every Child a Swimmer, a program dedicated to ensuring every child has access to life-saving swim lessons. Thanks to our generous partners, The NESPA Foundation will match every dollar raised—and The Bill Kent Foundation will double it again! That means your contribution is multiplied four times before going directly to fund swim lesson grants across the Northeast.

Not a runner? No problem! Join the WITI Ride – Pedal for a Purpose and support Every Child a Swimmer from wherever you are. This virtual Peloton/spin/road ride happens alongside our in-person 5K—same mission, different pace.

Just like the walk/run, all proceeds are matched by The NESPA Foundation and The Bill Kent Foundation, multiplying your impact by four!

Clip in, ride with purpose, and help us make waves—on the road, in the studio, and in the water.

 
🌍 WITI Walk – Virtual

Can’t make it to Norristown? You can still be part of the movement! WITI Walk Virtual lets you complete your 5K anywhere—your neighborhood, a local trail, or even a treadmill.

Every dollar you raise is matched four times thanks to The NESPA Foundation and The Bill Kent Foundation, helping fund swim lessons right here in the Northeast.

Lace up, hit your favorite route, and walk (or run!) virtually to make waves for water safety. Together, we’ll ensure every child has the chance to learn this critical, life-saving skill.

Our 5K WALK/RUN will help benefit a nonprofit organization that provides financial resources for swimming lessons for families that cannot afford them. “Imagine a world without drowning, by raising awareness for water safety, advocating for legislation for water safety, and providing financial resources for swimming lessons for families that cannot afford them”.

We are requesting sponsorship to help with our 2nd annual walk/run.

T-Shirt Sponsor – $2,500 Premier banner placement at registration and the T-shirt table, top billing in pre- and post-event social media, recognition on the event page, sponsor board, and course signage, plus acknowledgment in on-site event announcements.
Cannonball Sponsor – $1,000 Sponsor signage at water/refreshment stations and along the course, recognition on social media and event page, sponsor board listing, and opening acknowledgments at the event.
Wave Maker – $500 Listed on the sponsor board at the event and recognized on our event page and social media.
Ripple Sponsor – $150 Named on the sponsor board at the event and thanked in our post-event communications.

This race course is stroller and wheelchair accessible. 

Proceeds from this event will benefit Every Child a Swimmer. 

Funds will be matched by The NESPA Foundation, and then matched again by The Bill Kent Foundation before going to the Every Child A Swimmer program to provide grants for swim lessons here in the Northeast. Proceeds will be multiplied by four! 

Every Child A Swimmer has a very focused mission, to give every child the opportunity to learn the life saving skill of swimming.
