About WRC Beginner 5K Training Group
New to running, or ready to tackle your first 5K?
Join us for our inaugural Beginner 5K Training Group, a free program that will get you ready for the Jolliest Bunch of Runners 5K on December 19th.
What you’ll get:
- Weekly training plans that build gradually, so you’re ready by race day.
- Bi-weekly group training runs (twice a week) for community and accountability. (Initially Saturdays @ 8:30am at Waco Running Company and Tuesdays @ 6:30pm (locations will vary).
- Coaching from Michael Martinez, WRC team member and RRCA Certified Coach.
- Kickoff: Saturday, October 31st.
